Our team has one specific goal of using our skills to provide the best possible hearing care with a personalized and warm touch. We have all worked together for many years and greatly appreciate and respect each other. Our goal is for our patients to immediately feel welcome and understood when they come to see us!
DOCTOR OF AUDIOLOGY
Anna Nichols, Au. D.
Dr. Nichols is originally from Florida but relocated to North Carolina in 2010. She graduated from University of Central Florida in 2007 with a bachelors in Communicative Disorders and graduated from Nova Southeastern University in 2011 with a doctorate in Audiology. She and her husband are both small business owners and love all things Winston. Dr. Nichols and her husband have two sons and a golden retriever “Emmy.” They enjoy traveling and the beautiful North Carolina seasons.
Dr. Nichols loves the opportunity to empower people with improved hearing and truly believes that if you Hear Well, you will Live Well. One of her favorite things is getting to know families and seeing how improved hearing results in improved relationships and connections.
Dr. Nichols is accepting all of her current patients and new patients at this time. She will honor all warranty and service plans.
AUDIOLOGY ASSISTANT
Emily Norman
Emily was born and raised in Lewisville. She graduated from Guilford College in 2017 with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science. Emily is currently a Hearing Instrument Specialist Apprentice and is our resident technology specialist. She can troubleshoot any Bluetooth connectivity issues our patients may encounter. Emily is a wonderful asset to our office and is one of the reasons we are able to repair hearing aids so quickly in our office. Emily enjoys traveling to the beach, and hanging out with her Pomeranian Bella.
PATIENT COORDINATOR
Mary Broome
Mary is our patient coordinator and is the welcoming voice and face our patients first encounter. Mary has a passion for service and a true heart of gold. She spearheads our donation program and seems to always remember our patient’s birthdays and special events. Mary is from Kernersville and has two grown daughters and two grand babies. On the weekends you will often find Mary spoiling her grand babies and spending time with her husband of 32 years.
